Time to CELEBRATE!

Well it's certainly time to CELEBRATE over at Cards Galore! April 4th is the first birthday of the blog and to celebrate there is a lovely selection of goodies to be won in this months challenge. Head over to the Challenge Blog  to enter for a chance to win.
As a DT member I was given a lovely Digi stamp courtesy of Meljen's Designs  and this is what I created with it.
I coloured the image using my copics & promarkers and then created two springs using jewellery wire wrapped around a pen to "bounce" the cheerleader off of the card. I made two holes in the blue backing circle and curled a loop of each spring through so that I could tape down the spring securely at the back. This allows the girl to "Wobble", quite effectively :)
TOP DISCOUNT TIP!
Anybody wanting to enjoy a 15% discount at LETRASET should buy Neo Mag which has the code NEO3475 you can use this by following this link LETRASET where you will find extra discounts on top of your Neo Code!

Hi DeBe, mangled my earlier post. Fantastic card. Love the Copic colouring. I got a set fo Christmas and am building a decent set. Just can't use them with ink-jet printed images :(

Hi Angela thank-you for your comments. I used a laser printer (about £40 ) and foiled the image using an ordinary heat laminator. I do use my inkjet without problems though. How quickly do you use your pens after printing? If u print it is a good idea to to leave the printed sheets overnight to set properly, or to dry it off with a heat gun if time is of the essence. Always try to avoid colouring over the lines if you can though! X
