Time to Reflect!

The January Challenge at Visible Image is , "Time to Reflect!", as I was very lucky to win the Edgar stamp from Visible Image I decided to enter the Challenge and use the stamp!
I cut the black clock frame with my silhouette, and also cut a mat of clock faces. I distressed the edges with ink. I then cut a very thin clock face square frame, which I painted with crackle glaze and inked when dry. I added a cog from the new Papermania range and a itcket which I designed, printed, glazed and inked myself.
I coloured Edgar using my Copics and glazed his goggle lenses, shoes and stick.
I would like to enter this for the Visible Image January Challenge, "Time to Reflect!"
Here it is, Denyse x

A New Year and a New Post!

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas! We did, a quiet family Christmas but a really great one :) Bethany bought us all Christmas presents with her own money and I was very lucky to receive two sets of silicone moulds from her, which I have used in my project.

My first DT Challenge for 2013  is for Cards Galore and is themed,"Anything Goes", the challenge is sponsored by Kraftyhands online  and can be found HERE. The lucky prize winner will receive a £10 voucher code to spend at Kraftyhands.

The second Challenge is called "Button Up!" and is for DCC& Friends which can be found HERE. This challenge is sponsored by  Dawn of D.CC and Friends and the prize is a fabulous goodie bag of craftiliciousness!

For my piece I cut a box frame with three partitions on my Silhouette Cameo. I embossed the panels and then inked them. The frame was treated to some rub n buff  and I heat embossed it as well. I used Daz modelling clay in the silicone moulds bought by my lovely daughter, and when they were dry I used rub n buff on those as well. The heart mould is amazing and was a present from my very good friend Gemma.
So here is my box frame thingy :) x
